MY STORY
FROM THE CLASSROOM TO THE STAGE
As the founder and owner of Storyseller, a Long Island-based branding and marketing company , I help tradesmen turn their work into a recognizable, trusted brand. With a deep respect for craftsmanship and a sharp eye for storytelling, I bring nearly two decades of marketing expertise to the blue-collar businesses that keep Long Island running.
After receiving my Masters in English, I planned to become a high school English teacher. My lifelong passion for writing and self-expression never faded—but my path took an unexpected turn. Realizing I didn’t want to manage a classroom, I instead stepped into the world of marketing, where I spent 18 years as Marketing Director for a national business development company that serves professional coaches and speakers. There, I handled everything from email campaigns to event production, and attended and spoke at some of the industry's top conferences, including Be the Change, THRIVE, ICF, and CAAP and many more.
That experience didn’t just sharpen my skills as a marketer, writer and designer—it taught me how powerful storytelling can be in building a brand that customers trust, remember and recommend.

After marrying a fuel truck driver and buying a fixer-upper home, I found myself in the world of tradesmen—talented professionals whose hands-on work keeps homes running and neighborhoods thriving. I met masons, HVAC pros, plumbers, and general contractors who had more referrals than time and more skill than marketing.
What they didn’t have?
Time to build a website.
